The air environment in the precious cultural relics cabins of museums is usually controlled by constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system. Bacterial contamination of air conditioning system is a major hidden danger for long-term preservation of cultural relics. Tests and analyses the pollutants of air conditioning system and its terminals by collecting, training, counting and identification. The results show that the average dust content in the unit is 13.25 g/m2, the average concentration of bacteria inside the system is 525.35 cfu/m3, the terminal mean concentration of bacteria is 651.35 cfu/m3, the dominant species of bacteria are gram positive bacteria which have strong adaptability to the natural environment, appropriate temperature and high humidity can accelerate the growth of bacteria, and the relative humidity has a great influence on the concentration of bacteria.
